Our wire form department can produce a wide variety of wire formed products with wire sizes from 2 mm to 12mm diameters, either 2 dimensional or 3 dimensional; with subsequent assembly utilising Mig, Tig, gas or resistance and brazing techniques.
Our CNC controlled machines can produce extremely accurate components working from 2.5 to 6.5mm mild steel wire, with or without butt welded joints. Low tooling costs, high output, fast and economical production of components in mild or stainless steel.
